Warranty

All of our products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. They are all designed and manufactured to the highest possible standards. However, the warranty will not be valid if damage occurs as a result of improper treatment, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our directions of use. The purchaser should refer to the appropriate instructions and recommendations that can be found on the backside of the Carpet.

Incase of a defect found, kindly notify us via E-mail or call. Our Customer Service department has an after-sales service designed to solve any problem you might have with our products. We offer a quick and effective service to our customers.

Child labor and exploitation is against our business philosophy and is therefore not present in any of our manufacturing processes. We support a variety of programs that prevent child labor. We are an ISO certified company. Our Carpets are all designed and manufactured to the highest possible standards.
